The Calendar

Your whole book on one month grid, at the top of Projects. Book someone in, drag work to a new day, and keep an honest record of what actually happened - no setup needed.

How it works

01
Find it
The calendar sits at the top of Projects - the page you land on when you sign in. It draws from your clients, so there is nothing to set up: every appointment you record on a client shows up here automatically. Want it in Google Calendar too? Connect it once from Account - see Google Calendar.
02
Book someone in
Hover a day and hit the +. It already knows the date, so it only asks who - find an existing client or add a new one right there. Pick what it is: Tattoo Session, Consultation, or Other, where you type your own title.

Choosing the kind sets the length for you - a session runs 4 hours, a consult 30 minutes, Other an hour - and you can change it to anything from 30 minutes to 8 hours. A start time is optional; add one and the end time works itself out.

03
Or drag them on
You can drag a client straight from the panel beside the calendar onto a day, which books them in one movement. Already-booked work moves the same way: drag the chip to another day. Change your mind and you have about fifteen seconds to undo it.
04
See a day
Click any day to open the list of what is booked, under the grid. Each row carries the time, what it is, and where it stands - plus Reschedule to move it to a new date and time, and the bin to take it off. The arrow opens the client.
05
When it falls through
Use the bin and it asks what happened before anything is removed: They cancelled, I cancelled, or They didn’t show. The appointment comes off the calendar but stays on the client’s record - which is what makes their history worth reading later.

Your own cancellations are never counted against a client. Rescheduling your week should not make your regulars look unreliable.

Delete it sits below those, needs a second tap, and erases the appointment entirely with no undo. That one is for a mistake, a test, or a duplicate - not for a booking that genuinely fell through.

06
Nothing gets lost
An appointment with no date set collects under Unscheduled, just above the grid, instead of disappearing. Incoming Requests from your public booking link sit in the calendar header, where you accept, decline, or bin them as junk.

Appointments live on the client too - open anyone from Clients and their Appointments tab holds the same bookings, where each one can be downloaded as a calendar file. Connect Google Calendar from Account and they all sync there on their own.
